Healing Through Your Intuition.

Hey you,

Today I want to share a thought that's always in the back of my mind.

It's much more than just a plain ole thought though, it's more of a sixth sense...

I like to call it intuition.

You know, that deep, lingering, sense of awareness that isn't always able to be pinpointed, but it's "there"?

It seems to present itself when the mind lacks logic and you automatically dive into the depths of your unseen senses.

Surely I'm not the only one with this primitive design, we all hold this sixth sense.

So that's why today, I'd like to remind you how to provoke healing through your very own intuition.

I say reminder because every single one of us has this "knowing".

How do I know this?

Because I experience it daily, and not only within myself, but I observe this wisdom in others.

For example, when I'm working with individuals, we discuss their health issues. Some are serious while others are only in the beginning stages, but you know the one thing I've noticed that everyone has?

That little hunch.

Every single person knows what's holding them back from feeling their best.

"I don't get enough sleep"
"I need to make more time to cook for myself"
"I eat when I'm bored or upset"
"I'm tired when I get home from work, I don't feel like doing anything"

Those are just a few examples of intuition trying to raise your attention.

The truth is friends, we get into patterns and habits. That's natural.
But what's not natural is covering up underlining issues with these habits.

We might drink because we're unhappy, or smoke because we're stressed. We aren't sleeping well because we've sat at an office desk all day and the only thing fatigued is the mind.

That's where I invite you to embrace your intuitive nature. It's with you night & day, you just have to tune in and listen.

When we accept the sweet voice of our intuition, we tune in to our internal struggles and acknowledge what the root cause is without using our coping habits.

I know firsthand how hard it is to shine a bright light on the darkest parts of your soul.

But I also know how empowering it is to become the person you were meant to be.

Don't let your current health issues control the outcome of your life, you can make a change at any moment.

Next time you feel down and like the world is against you, I ask you to stop and listen to that little voice.

It's here to help you and remind you that the world is not against you, it's working with you.

To our hunches.,

Kendra
