Mama & Baby Online/ In-Person Fitness Class
Hey mama, I’m glad you’re here!
I know how difficult it is to start & stick with a workout routine when you’re a full-time mama…I also understand how tired, lonely and chaotic you might feel while raising your little, healthy human(s).
That’s where exercising consistently is going to be that game changer.
As a fitness coach for 15 years, a single mama + dog mama, it’s a fact that even the smallest amount of daily movement can transform your whole entire life.
How?
Because you’re showing up consistently to take care of your healthiest self, which supports all other areas of your life to be healthier too. If you’re in pain or stressed often, then most of your days might be pretty gloomy… you might be angry out of nowhere, up & down with moods because YOU don’t feel good. Us mama’s know when baby isn’t feeling good, we don’t either. It works both ways!
But when we show up to make sure we feel our best, we really start to operate from our body again, rather then just our head, heart or emotions. We regenerate our homeostasis, balance the nervous system, strengthens our endurance allowing us to move with more ease & grace in everything we do.
That’s where this weekly fitness series for you and baby comes in! Join us online every week or in-person, or both is recommended for best results!
What can you expect from your mom & baby workout every class?
Full body strength training
Flexibility & mobility work
Building Cardiovascular endurance
Stability & Balance exercises
Crafting a healthy core/ back & pelvic floor
Deep breathing exercises & yoga
Toning + sculpting movements for the whole body
Connecting with other mamas with the same mindset to be their healthiest!
You’ll be covering all your fitness bases through the best principals, strategies and techniques in a hour class in-person & 45 minute class online! All fitness levels are welcome.
To participate In-person you’ll need:
You & baby(s) (ages 4 & under)
Mat, towel, sheet (something comfortable to use on the ground)
If you have light weights (3-5 lb. dumbbells) bring them!
Water/ snack
Bring your stroller, wagon, toys, books etc. Anything you need for baby to enjoy themselves :)

To participate Online you’ll need:
You & baby(s) (ages 4 & under) if you have older kiddos/ spouse at home, that’s fine, just be mindful of our class in session + our privacy please.
Mat/ something comfortable to use on the ground or your carpet
If you have light weights (3-5 lb. dumbbells bring them out!)
I encourage you to have your own music for your workout! It makes it even more enjoyable. A Bluetooth speaker is great for this

All classes are cannabis-friendly mama, medicate before, during or after class just be mindful of our public setting for the in-person class. Thank ya.
This class is just for mom’s and babies, sorry dad’s!
Also, please don’t expect your baby to not be a baby during class lol This space is designed so you can workout while still being a mom fully to your babe. That means if you have to get up and run after baby or stop to breastfeed/ pump, diaper change or deal with big emotions from baby (or yourself!), it’s ALL welcome here.
