Spring has sprung, and I'm feeling it!
Spring has sprung, and I'm feeling it!
How about you?
You might be feeling the spring season in a few different ways; here are a few that I'm noticing.
In the body. Are you craving to move more? Eat fresher? Clean?
That's a sure sign your body is on the right track and in sync with the seasons, so give it that! Add more movement to your day, eat a veggie-full dinner to rest well and recover even better.
In my thoughts. Are you noticing those wandering worries stuck on replay in your brain?
Spend time outdoors getting plenty of fresh air to flush out and weed out those pessimistic thoughts. Or get in a lit fit session to work it out!
In the environment. Do you want to detox those old, outdated clothes in your closet, move around furniture or create something new?
Go for it! Spring is all about rebirth. You see it in the green foliage sprouting from the sleeping trees and the chirping birds returning from the south. So how can you make space to grow this season?
Those are just a few ways I've been feeling the spring season and using it to my advantage.
We are so connected to the cycles of nature, and when we realize how beneficial it's for us to move with its rhythm, we naturally find our own along the way.
I'm super excited to announce the birth of my newest course, that's inspired by the seasons!
The Body Confidence Cannabis Fitness Course
I'll be launching it within the next few weeks, but here's a little heads up on what it's about and how it could be right for you.
This DIY eight-week program helps you gain confidence in your mind, body, and spirit by setting realistic goals, creating tasks to reach those goals, and holding yourself accountable.
You'll learn how to use the seasons to rest, plant & grow what you really desire from yourself.
This course is for individuals who know they deserve better and can do better but need a few extra tools to make that a reality.
The Body Confidence Course is perfect for highly sensitive people, those that are anxious frequently or having trouble moving forward in life and want to get "unstuck," or what I like to call "out of purgatory."
The key is to figure out where you are (winter), what you want (spring), and what it takes to get there (summer) so that in eight weeks, you'll be tending to a whole new you and, most of all, a much more confident YOU.
More details to come soon!
Have a wonderful Thursday,
