It's day 14 of my RSO experience, and I'm lovin' the results so far.

I started taking Rick Simpson oil in the hope that it would help with my allergies, and I can say, along with a daily netty pot, astragalus & eating cleaner, my allergies are 80 percent better right now.

Here are a few pros ➕

▪︎ Modest appetite during my pre-menstrual week; usually, I have so many food cravings this time of my cycle.
▪︎ Mental chatter is at peace. Thinking clearly.
▪︎ SUPER aware of any anxiousness that starts to build. Usually, I don't notice the anxiety until I'm about to burn out or crave coffee.
▪︎ My energy levels are recovering quickly from working out & long days of working on the computer.
▪︎ Small aches & muscle stiffness is at an ultimate low- I think it's because RSO is a potent anti-inflammatory.

& a couple of cons ➖

▪︎ Deep mystical dreams. From tigers on leashes to swimming with venomous snakes. (not a total con, but it can be a lot to process the next day cause you’re like wtf?! lolll)
▪︎ Waking up in the middle of the night with super creative ideas that I forget by the time I wake up lol again, not a con, but I want them during the daytime so I can write them down.
▪︎ Took a lil too much last Friday. It can be hard to measure the exact amount from the syringe.

25(ish) mg daily with a fatty meal seems to be my sweet spot for now and, the plan is to continue until I run out of my 800 mg RSO syringe. & no, I'm not injecting anything, lol That's how it comes packaged!

Have you tried RSO? If so, what are your pro's & con's?
