Having patience with ourselves and the development of our life nurtures our power like a natural fertilizer.

At 29, going on 30, mentally, I've never felt this healthy, and my body, so toned & firm compared to my mind/body health in my early & mid 20's.

Like night & day!

If you're feeling exhausted from the phase of life you're in, it's okay; it will get better if you want it.

But you gotta own your power and be patient wit it!

Like when you hit the gym for the first time in a while or go for a run, it's hard & you don't see the results asap, but LONG-TERM is where it's AT.

Just acknowledging that you want to be a healthy human and then doing something healthy is a journey of a thousand miles, but don't worry 'cause you're building that endurance, stamina, and most of all, momentum!
