Freedom is in our bones.

Actually, in our muscles, tendons & ligaments too, when we honor it.

I woke up super stoked today—all giddy about the 4th of July.

It wasn't the fireworks, guns, or food that got me feeling hype...well, maybe the guns, cause that's always a good time.

But, it was the rooted sensation of freedom in my body that lit me up!

"I get to experience freedom every day through my body!"

I GET to choose how and when I want to move

WHERE I want to move.

WHEN.

& WHY.

Ya might think, WOW, this girl just really loves exercising!"

I do, but it's not so much about the exercise as it is about the mental clarity, stability, strength, & focus cultivated during training, dat keeps me wanting more.

Last night I watched Unstoppable, the story of Bethany Hamilton. She’s a pro surfer that lost her arm to a shark attack at 13.

Do ya think that stopped her?

NO WAY.

4 months later, she was out teaching herself how to ride dem waves without an arm!!

The freedom we create in our body & mind can set us up for success or failure.

If you don't exercise because it's too hard, you’re too tired, or “it’s boring” then change the way you exercise.

Being healthy is pleasurable, brave & free!
