Claiming your energetic space isn't selfish; it's really healthy.

For a long time and even moments like today, I find myself feeling Closter phobic from family, friends, clients.

As if I can't breathe.

Bogged down with clouded thinking, worrying & always trying to DO more for others than just appreciating I'm already enough & doing enough, naturally.

Living life from this draining mindset that says, "You ONLY get what you give."

So I would be DOIN THE MOST, not realizing that my intentions were weak and NOT HEALTHY at all.

My energetic boundaries were not firm, which allowed almost anything in my space because of guilt & the idea that "I'm such an empath. I'm not strong enough."

It was SO important to remove this toxic thought and strengthen my mindset over my emotions; So I could have the confidence to put myself first to GIVE with the right intentions.

So now, when I find this feeling creeping in, I take a breathe and reassure myself there is plenty of space for me, and I deserve to take up space because it's my nature.

It's everyone's nature!

But if you give up all your space and allow others to occupy it, it's like a weed robbing nutrients from a plant.

To be healthy for YOU is giving life to your family, friends, clients, children, dogs, cats... AND a big part of that is claiming our energy & fueling it so we can give/live authentically.

Not out of worry, guilt, attachment, etc. But out of being in our h"om"e first.
