Saturday I woke up downtown in my Air BnB in Ol' San Diego. I felt super calm. Even surprising myself that morning how good I felt. My moontime came the day before so usually I just wanna lay in bed, watch movies & be alone. But not today! 

I grabbed a CBD pre-roll from No Boundaries farm and headed to the park to get my wiggles out & bask in the California sunshine.

After getting to the park & smoking, I went through the lit fit class I planned to teach later that day. The rehearsal was effortless. Once again I was surprised! A year ago I would have gotten so caught up in my head, that it would have been exhausting just practicing for the event. 

But today it was fun, simple, and good enough for me.

As 3 pm rollllled around everyone showed up for the pre-game party at Kate Sessions. We relished in cannabis-infused beverages, live music, and each other's company while waiting for the bus to arrive. 

At 4:20 we hopped on the bus to blaze around San Diego!

We enjoyed donated swag & a medicated charcuterie board with infused honey before stopping at the dispensary. After stocking up on cannabis goodies at Klover, we headed down to the bay, for a Lit Fit Yoga class.

Everyone was so high & happy. 

We giggled, breathed, and moved our bodies as the sun set over the water.

Our high and healthy evening came to an end as we stopped for burritos down in Pacific Beach and indulged in a medicated peach cobbler dessert. We gave away a cannabis clone to a lucky bus go-er and called it a night as we returned back to kate sessions park. 

Everyone left relaxed and uplifted excited for the next cannabis wellness party!
