Our mindset can fuel our mobility (the ability to move freely or easily) and build innate momentum in all areas of life.

But when the mindset becomes too self-critical without checks & balances, it halts our freedom—making us feel unworthy and doubtful of this gift called life.

There's no momentum, and if there is, it's towards more of what usually we don't want growing in our reality.

So first off, how do we know this is occurring? & how do we harness our momentum, instead of it working against it?

1. Listen to the body: When up against resistance, like anxiety, fear, depression, obsessive thoughts (can be literally anything), do you feel it in your body? Do you go numb? If you feel something uncomfortable, that's a good start to realizing there's something there.

2. What to do about it? Breathe, let the resistance come and go. Think about it like weight training, aka. training with resistance, ah-ha :) It's challenging, but it's never forever! You do your set, interval, etc., and then it's ahhhh, rest.

So listening to the body when it say's "hey, this feels weird," and then breathing through it + trying your best= a strong you, that's only getting stronger (momentum).

Using cannabis has always triggered this response; it's like my own personal mindset coach, and when I mix it with a workout, it puts my physical, mental, spiritual & emotional fitness to werk!

We're building our psychological endurance, strength, stability, mobility, flexibility & also our physiological at the same time ⚖
