Living in balance looks different for each of us; some might need more or less of certain things while others want nothing to do with it.
Establishing my stability & homeostasis looked (and felt) like a rollercoaster for many years while I discovered who I really was.
Traveling all over the country and living in different places was a blessing and a curse because my roots were constantly being uprooted re-planted, and I never got the chance to really BLOOM.
It felt like my abundance was right at the tip of my fingertips and then pulled away, again and again. Finally, after one really hard uprooting, I realized it's not good to rely purely on outside circumstances to define my stability, but what I needed the most was to establish a solid internal world.
Healthy roots that could never be ripped up because they resign in me!
So this is what I teach my clients and share in my workouts like in today's class, training the physical will benefit the emotional, mental and spiritual homeostasis in each of us.
