So I took a walk with my dogs, journaled all the b.s, ate breakfast & during my bath; finally, the release happened.

"I can't control what's happening rn, but I gotta stay solid in my heart."

Because I know my heart is firm, stable & supportive even if everything else around me seems wavey.

"It'll even out because I'm in the center of it all, and life wants the best for me."
