Be, do, have.

I was stuck in the "do" phase for years and wondered why the f*ck things were never working out for me.

Confused, depressed, anxious, and so upset with the world for not reciprocating my needs, I felt abandoned.

Like life just wasn't on my side, you know?

Even though I had been putting in the hustle day in and out, there was still something off.

My energy was out of synch with reality. ❌

I was stuck so much in my head that I begin to feel disconnected from my body.

Numb to the signals of my anxiety, I would rationalize my feelings to ungrounding circumstances and place my belief in, "It must be the cosmos today." or, "Oh yeah, that tarot reading told me so!"

Don't take this as a knock on metaphysics, astrology, or oracle readings, but when you don't have a grounded internal compass of yourself, outside sources will make matters WORSE.

You might feel like you're "different from everyone, misunderstood, or you're not worthy of being happy."

That's a sh*t feeling, and you deserve better.

The key is to start building a foundation based on a healthy environment. ♻️

Consistently working out with cannabis helped ground my mind's energy to be present in my body & recognize what being genuinely healthy meant to me.

As these new seeds started to sprout, I could re-connect with myself and others because now I was rooted in my center of stability, not someone else's or something outside of me.
