Cannabis Wellness Party July 2020

Hey (:

It's been a bit since I've dropped by. Sorry about that. I've been on the MOVE with some exciting projects!

aka. The Cannabis Wellness Party in San Diego July, 19th from 12-4 pm!

You're invited to high & healthy with the best wellness brands in town. Enjoy a Sunday filled with live music, food, mini cannabis fitness classes, 420 massages, cannabis wellness vendors & more.

Check out some of our amazing sponsors that will be speaking on cannabis access for Veterans, the healing benefits of mushrooms & more. We even have Rich Rile, 2020 candidate for Mayor of San Diego broadcasting the event live! + a mini cacao ceremony held by Haux Gatherings!

I'm so excited that this is coming together for the cannabis wellness community. It's a great time to keep people connected and focused on their well-being.

"Had I not found what #cannabis can do for my pain and PTSD, I very likely would have ended up a statistic. I couldn’t stand the terrible side effects my VA prescriptions were causing, so in 2015, I completely shut myself off from the world. I nearly lost everything. But with the help of cannabis and #nature, I was able to go from addicted and alienated, to #thriving and happy. I did the work and soon learned to accept myself by sharing my experiences with others. Talking seemed to lift the burden. Now...I am a cannabis success story. I wanted to sing it from the mountain tops, literally. So...In late 2016, I founded @VeteransWalkAndTalk (VWAT). My goal was to form a universal gathering of loving #veterans who would walk and talk once a week to collectively dedicate ourselves to cannabis, #lifestyle change, and service to others. Cannabis is the great unifier. Since founding VWAT I have spoken. In Washington DC twice on behalf of senate bills it the Veterans Cannabis Coalition, which I am on the Board of, to help veterans get access to cannabis. I have spoken at city council meetings, led education workshops at VFW Halls in Burbank CA, written for many media outlets, and some countless appearances. I work with cannabis protocols that are saving lives every single day I’ve seen it and I need to be given the chance to show the world. I’ve seen it all over the country I’ve seen it in the halls of DC. For 3 years I’ve traveled the country and learned what I can about this #plant. I’m learning every day. I’ve lived at farms and ran with gangsters/healers, the same circle. Every veteran #healed by cannabis is another potential #leader in our community. Through cannabis and lifestyle change we have proven that we can heal even from the worst wounds."⁣⁣⁣

VWAT is now four chapters strong with many more on the way. We plan on being national within 5 years as well as being at the forefront of #CannabisResearch and advocacy.
